摘　　要： 繁杂各样的人身意外伤害事故频繁发生,要公平合理的解决问题,必须正确认识、看待和评价人的生命价值。从人本主义出发,建立健全具有中国特色社会主义的有利于扬善抑恶的赔偿规则(法律、政策、制度),科学制订各种不同状况的人身意外伤害的赔偿办法或标准,建立健全社会保障体系。从制度上消除某些赔偿中的不公平、不合理和不规范现象;消除人们之间由于害怕意外事故发生而产生的隔阂;消除人们对危害社会或他人现象的冷漠心理或行为。降低见义勇为维护社会公平正义的成本,增大破坏公平正义的违法乱纪的犯罪成本。 The numerous and diverse all kinds person accident injury accident frequent occurrence,wants to solve the problem justly,must understand,regarding and appraiser’s life value correctly.Embarks from humanism,establishes has the Chinese characteristic socialism to be advantageous perfectly in raises damps the wicked compensation rule friendly(law,policy,system),the science draws up each kind of different condition the person accident injury compensation means or the standard,establishes the perfect social security system.Eliminates in certain compensations from the system unfair,unreasonable and not the standard phenomenon;Eliminates between the people because is afraid the barrier which the accident occurs produces;Eliminates the people to harm social either other people phenomenon indifferent psychology or the behavior.Reduces behaves righteously the maintenance social justice just cost,increases crime cost which the destruction fair just breaks the law.
