摘 要: 使用有限元分析方法对磁头驱动机构的悬架进行模态分析计算,得到它的固有频率和特征振型。并对硬盘进行振动失效试验,验证了有限元分析计算的准确性。 This paper is concerned with the modal analysis of hard disk drive(HDD)'s suspension by means of the finite element method.We got resonant frequencies and vibrating shapes of the suspension.To prove the effectiveness and accuracy of the formulated models,a testing system of HDD vibration was build. The results provide the theoretical basis for optimum design of suspension and design of vibration isolator.
