摘 要: 利用有效介质模型 ,理论上计算了单壁纳米管薄膜的太赫兹 (THz)波段的光导。理论的计算解释了最近的实验结果并发现了纳米管薄膜的电导随入射光频率增加而减小。同时也计算了不同填充因子下单壁纳米管薄膜材料在太赫兹波段的电导函数曲线。 The optical properties of single walled nanotube films in terahertz (THz) region were calculated with the effective medium approach (EMA). The theoretical calculations gave an interpretation for the recent experiments and found a decrease of the conductivity of nanotube films with increasing frequency of incident light. Meanwhile, the conductivities of nanotube films in THz region were discussed with different filling factors.
