摘 要: 由于技术和工艺原因,间歇制浆蒸煮过程纸浆Kappa值难于在线测量。本文在Hatton模型的基础上,提出了分段机理回归模型预测方法,工厂数据的应用证实了该方法的可行性和有效性。 To make the Kappa number soft sensing possible is the key to control the quality of pulp.Considering the change of some factors function during the batch co oking process,this paper presented the regression model for two cooking stages based on the Hatton model and forecasted the Kappa number Considering the difference of the a ctual temperature curve and the tech nical standard curve,this paper put forward the idea using characteristic value in temperature ris ing curve to improve the mathematica l model of Kappa number.By relativity analysis and regression analysis,an improved mathematical model is constructed.The method is v alidated by data analyzing from actual factory cooking process.
