摘 要: 研究了生产中广泛运用的亚共晶Al-Si合金在熔体温度处理中高低温熔体温度、混合后熔体冷却速度、停留时间等工艺参数对合金组织、性能的影响。发现熔体温度处理工艺对亚共晶Al Si合金铸件凝固组织有比较好的细化效果 ,并可显著提高材料性能。 MTT(Melt Thermal Treatment)was used to refine hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy.The effects of parmeters,such as temperature,cooling rates and holding times on samples treated with MTT were studied in detail.The results showed that MTT could reduce the size of grain at some extent.The structure and property of the samples could be improved remarkably with the optimized parameters.
