摘 要: 本文通过对领导素质评价失误的分析 ,提出导致领导素质评价失误的主要原因是缺乏规范的评价标准体系、理论研究不够深入、评价主体的认识偏差等因素。 Through the analysis of the errors that lead to the misjudgment of leaders' quality, the article points out that the lack of a standard evaluation system, superficial theory research and cognition deviation of assessment of subjects are the main factors causing errors in evaluating leaders' quality. The article attempts to explore effective ways for evaluating leaders' quality.
