摘 要: 进行了烧碱 -AQ法芦苇浆低二氧化氯用量的DQP漂白的研究 ,并与常规的CEH漂白结果作了比较。研究结果表明 ,芦苇浆经DQP流程漂白 ,当ClO2 的有效氯用量为 1.5 % (折合ClO2 用量为 0 .5 7% ) ,H2 O2 用量为3.0 %时 ,在优化条件下可达到 85 %ISO的白度。与CEH漂白浆相比 ,DQP漂白浆的白度稳定性较好 ,粘度和强度较高 。 Low chlorine dioxide charge DQP bleaching of reed soda-AQ pulp has been studied, and a comparison of bleaching results, pulp strength and effluent characteristics of reed soda-AQ pulp between DQP and CEH sequences has been done. The results indicate that reed pulp can be bleached to the brightness of 85%ISO by DQP sequence under optimal conditions (ClO 2 charge 0.57%, H 2O 2 charge 3.0%). Compared with CEH bleached pulp, DQP bleached pulp has better brightness stability, higher pulp viscosity, better strength properties and lower pollution loads.
