摘 要: 运用所制定的连续挤压工艺生产方案生产了传热性能高的铝内凸筋D形管 ,通过连续挤压工艺试验 ,对影响D形管机械性能的因素以及显著影响D形管传热效果的内凸筋高度的成形规律 ,从制定挤压工艺的角度进行了观察和分析 ,为进一步推广工业化生产提供了有价值的数据和理论指导。 A kind of D shape tube, with high performance of heat transformation because of its extending wings and interior convex ribs, has been produced by continuous extrusion forming machine according to the technology precept ahead of time ,both the factors affect on the mechanical performance and the forming laws of the height of interior convex rib which has a prominent affect on the performance of heat transformation of the tube have been observed and analyzed in the view of establishing the extrusion technology of this kind of tube, as a result of it , the further popularization of the industrialization production for D shape tube has been provided with both a valuable data and a guidance service theoretically.
