摘 要: 以功能性甜味剂和营养性食品凝胶剂为载体,引入冬虫夏草提取液,通过合理的制作工艺,制成了低热量、具有保健功能的虫草软糖。 The healthy cordyceps sinensis soft sweets with low calorie was made from such main ingredients as cordyceps sinensis extracts, functional sweeteners and nutritional food thickening agents by appropriate processing technology.
