摘　　要： 文章阐述了创新人才必须具备的基本素质 ,ESDA(ElectronicSystemDesignAutomation -电子系统设计自动化 )的特性及其对传统电类人才培养模式的冲击 ;提出了适应创新人才培养的一套教学方法。 This paper expounds the basic quality of innovative talents, the characteristic of ESDA and it's impact on the traditional training mode for electric professional. Then the paper puts forward a set of teaching methods to bring up innovative talents.
