摘　　要： 文章结合目前高校发展青年教师党员工作的现状 ,从解放思想、转变观念 。 In view of the present state of recruiting new Party members from young teachers, the paper suggests such measures as emancipating minds, changing traditional modes of thinking and strengthening innovation work mechanism and carriers so as to both enhance and improve the work of admitting new Party members from young teachers.
