摘　　要： 高校青年知识分子主要指青年教师和青年学生。文章着重从增强党的阶级基础、巩固党的执政地位的高度阐述吸收高校青年教师和青年学生入党的极端重要性和紧迫性 。 The university active young intellectuals refer to those young teachers and students. This article is to focus on the extreme importance and urgency of recruiting university active young intellectuals into the Party for reinforcing the Partys class foundation and the ruling partys status. In addition, some relevant educational training methods are put forward.
