摘　　要： 　水库是进行旅游开发的重要载体。从水库构成要素分析其旅游资源价值,在水库功能分析上指出旅游开发的重要性,以湖南省为例探讨了水库旅游开发的可行性、必要性,指出了水库旅游开发方向和相关原则。 Reservoir is an important tourism resource. This paper discusses the tourism resource value of reservoir through an analysis of its component parts, and points out the importance of tourism development through an analysis of its functions. Then, taking Hunan province as an example, the paper expounds the possibility and necessity of tourism development in reservoirs. Some directions and guiding principles in this regard are put forward.
