摘　　要： 本文在概要介绍非齐次泊松过程模型的基础上,对这一类模型进行了扩展,从而使它不仅能适用于软件测试过程中的排错引入新错误的情况,而且适用于软件版本升级时,排错引入新错误的变化情况。 The NHPP models have extensive uses in software reliability prediction. But most of them does not allow to introduce new errors into the software system being tested during the test phase. It is not true. In this paper, under the considering allowing to introduce new errors into the software tested, and changing the version numbers of the softare system, we extend the NHPP models.
