摘　　要： 本文研究了蓖麻渣和蓖麻籽中蓖麻碱的提取方法。在不同的时间内,采用不同溶剂提取蓖麻碱的粗提物及结晶体,并测定了它们的紫外光谱和红外光谱。结果表明,蓖麻碱在水中的溶解度比在乙醇中强,去油后得出蓖麻碱粗提物和结晶体的质量都会比未去油增多。 This paper studies the method of extraction of ricinine in castor pomace. And it is determined by UV-260 and IR-408. The insecticidal experiments of extracts and crystals from ricinine in by different solvents in different time and the UV and IR spectra of them.The result shows that water dissolves ricinine much faster than ethanol., the quantification of ricinine eliminated oil more than the other.
