摘　　要： 人力资本产权特殊性是人力资本理论研究中的一个重要问题,对人力资本产权特殊性应从原因和表现两方面研究。人力资本产权特殊性的原因在于,人力资本载体与人力资本既不可分离又必须而且可以分离的性质。基于人力资本产权结构研究的人力资本产权特殊性表现在所有权、占有权、使用权、处置权、收益权等方面。 The specificity of property rights of personnel capital is an important problem within the theoretic researches of personnel capital. It should be approached from the reason and performance aspects. Its causes are decided by the basic characteristics of the personnel capital, which is embodied in aspects of ownership rights, occupancy rights usage rights, handling rights and income rights etc.
