摘 要: 冲击性功率负荷引起的电压波动与闪变是电能质量问题的重要方面之一。论述了电压波动和闪变的常用检测方法,比较分析了几种改善电压波动和闪变补偿装置的性能特点,为电力系统电压波动与闪变的监测及抑制提供了参考。 Voltage fluctuation and flicker, caused by high-speed varying load, is one of the most important aspects of power quality. In view of that, the general methods of detecting voltage fluctuation and flicker are presented, and the performances of some developed devices that suppressed the voltage fluctuation are analyzed and compared. All the studies are helpful for the supervision and control of voltage fluctuation and flicker.
