摘　　要： 中国石油独山子石化公司乙烯装置裂解气压缩机,自2007年8月检修后运行至2009年12月,出现机组轴封气封泄漏,2010年2月,泄漏量加大,密封气穿过轴封进入润滑油,既污染润滑油又造成油品跑损。根据对泄漏状况及原因的分析,采取了临时措施,保持机组继续运行到乙烯厂2011年8月停工检修。更换裂解气压缩机轴封及附件后,裂解气压缩机组运行状况稳定。 In December 2009,there was a leakage in the shaft seal of cracking gas compressor in the ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, which was put into operation again after an overhaul in August 2007. In February 2010,the leakage became more serious and the seal gas went through the shaft seal into lubricating oil,polluting the lubricating oil and resulting in oil loss. Temporary measures were taken based on the cause analysis of leakage to continue the operation of the compressors to August2011 when the ethylene plant was shut down for overhaul. Since the shaft seal and the accessories were replaced, the cracking gas compressors have been operated stably.
