摘 要: 通过三年的教学实践,探索基于CBI理念的主题依托教学模式——"看、听、思、学、说、做",对培养高职学生自主学习能力和对学生职场英语口语能力发展的影响,当前高职高专学生职场英语口语能力普遍不强,即学习动机不足、学习策略欠佳、职场认知能力不足、职场英语运用能力不强等。高职学生职场英语口语能力的发展有赖于职场认知能力的构建,职场英语口语语言、非语言和跨文化能力的发展是学习者职场英语口语的准确性、得体性、规范性和有效性的有力保障,是传统的以语言规则输入为主的教学模式所不能比拟的。 Through three- year teaching practice,the influence of CBI theory- based teaching mode, ' watching,listening,thinking,learning,speaking and doing',on cultivation of autonomous learning ability of higher vocational college students and development of oral workplace English competence of the students is discussed. At present,the students of higher vocational colleges generally have weak oral workplace English competence,that is,insufficient learning motivation,poor learning strategy,inadequate workplace cognitive competence,weak proficiency of workplace English,etc. The development of oral workplace English competence of vocational college students relies on building of workplace cognitive competence; the development of verbal,nonverbal and intercultural oral workplace English competence is a powerful guarantee for accuracy,appropriateness,normalization and effectiveness of oral workplace English of the learners,which is unmatchable by traditional language rule input- oriented teaching mode.
