摘　　要： 　p53是一种肿瘤抑制基因,它的突变与50%的人类肿瘤发生有关。p73基因编码的蛋白质,无论在结构上,还是在功能及调节上均与p53蛋白相似,且与肿瘤的发生密切相关,本文对此方面的研究结果进行了比较,并对p73能否作为候选抑癌基因进行了讨论. The occurrence of 50% human tumors is related to mutation of p53 gene.The protein coded by p73 cloned gene is similar to p53 protein not only in structure,but also in functions,and is closely related to the occurrence of tumor.This paper makes a comparison between the research of the two genes and goes further to discuss weather the p73 gene functions as a candidate tumor suppressor gene.
