摘　　要： 通过分析现代新材料,分析现代新材料对厨房的影响,进而提出了现代材料对市场需求的应变要求。作为人类赖以生存和发展的物质载体,材料在实际应用中一定程度上主导了人们的生活质量。材料是支持技术的物质保障,而科技的高度发达又带动现代材料(以下简称新材料)的不断研发与应用,使之成为新技术革命的标志。对于与食文化有密切关系的厨房材料就有了更广泛的选择和更高的品质要求。 Through the analysis of modern new materials and the effect of modern new material on kitchen,we put forward the strain requirements of modern materials on the market demand.As the material carrier of human survival and development,materials dominate people's quality of life in the practical application to a certain extent.Material is the material security of the support of technology and highly developed technology promote the research and development and application of modern materials(here in after referred to the new material) to be a sign of new technology revolution.With regard to the kitchen material,which is closely related to the food culture,will have a wider choice and higher quality requirements.
