摘 要: 本文介绍的疲劳内耗仪能自动测量微应变(最低达10^(-6)量级),低频拉压疲劳动态过程中的超声衰减和声速变化,以及每一循环的内耗值,由此可以推知试样内部的缺陷组态变化。它是研究疲劳损伤早期即在疲劳裂纹生成以前材料内部的结构变化和引起损伤的缺陷状态的有力工具。 This paper desclibes a computerized fatigue internal friction meter whichdesigned and constructed under the cooperation of Chinese and Franch scientists.This ins-trument can measure internal friction of the low frequency loading,changes of ultrasonicattenuation and velocity dynamically during the cyclic push-pull loading down to a stra-in of 10^(-6).It can be used to study the configuration of defects and the change of the in-terior structure of the material at the early period of fatigue loading before the appear-ance of fatigue cracks.
