摘　　要： 有毒赤潮原因种棕囊藻(Phaeocystis sp.)生活史复杂,且形体微小,缺乏明确可靠的分类标准。1997、1999年中国东南沿海发生两次棕囊藻赤潮,但目前种的鉴定仍存在混乱。本文测定了香港海域一株棕囊藻赤潮原因种P_2的18S rDNA部分核苷酸序列,序列长度为650 bp,并对其进行了分子鉴定,结果表明其为球形棕囊藻(P.globosa)。 The toxic algae phaeocystis 15 one of key taxa in redtide-caused marine algae,due to its complex heteromo中hic life cycle,great geograPhic differences,and minuteness of Polymorphic motile cells,the identification of Phaeocystis species 15 difficult and controversial.In 1997 and 1999,Pltaeocystis bloomed in southern China coastal waters,its taxonomic status 15 unresolved yet.The Partial sequence of 18 5 rDNA from the strain PZ collected In Hong Kong coastal waters were determined in this study.The sequences were then used as molecular criteria to investigate the algae identities.The result shows that the strain 15 Phaeocystis globosa.
