摘　　要： 我国陶瓷生产以中小企业生产为主 ,工艺复杂而且生产过程的自动化信息化程度很低。为提高行业的竞争力 ,本文提出了一种面向地区集聚的中小企业多层次的柔性组织形式 ,并建立区域性网络服务平台 ,提供企业间快速联系通道、企业和动态联盟的决策支持等服务 ,以促进区域内中小陶瓷企业的多动态联盟的形成。 Ceramic production in China is characterized as complex process and lower automatization and digital production;enterprises in them mostly are middle and small.In order to enhance its strength,we developed a multi hierarchy flexible system facing these enterprises operation in a district.Further more,a network service platform must be constructed to provide a good environment for the forming of virtual enterprise.There are many services such as smart connection among enterprises and their decision support on this platform.
