摘 要: 文章综述海藻龙须菜化学成分及其生物活性的研究现状,包括龙须菜的化学成分、提取工艺、成分分析及其医药活性等方面。研究表明龙须菜所含各类成分具有较好药理活性:多糖类成分具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒等作用,藻胆蛋白的抗肿瘤作用突出,有机酸也具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,而膳食纤维有明显的润肠通便作用。这些研究成果为龙须菜在药食两个方面今后开发提供研究基础。 This article provides a review of the current status of research on Gracilaria lemaneiformis,which includes its chemical composition,extraction technology,component analysis,pharmaceutical activity and so on. Previous studies showed that Gracilaria lemaneiformis contained many kinds of bio-active components. For example,polysaccharides had anti-cancer and anti-virus effects,phycobiliproteins and organic acids showed anti-cancer activities, and dietary fiber had obvious relaxing bowel effect. These results are helpful to understand the development of Gracilaria lemaneiformis in the areas of medicine and food in future.
