摘　　要： 笔者所在的学院已施行学长制三年,对独立学院全面预算改革背景下学长制的制度健全、完善进行了探索和实践,形成了提高学生自治管理为核心、健全过程执行质量监控管理的组织线-过程线-职责线-人员线"四线联动"特色机制,旨在充分调动我院学生的积极性、自我管理和自我服务的意识,完善我院学生管理工作,提升学生教育工作质量。 The author's college has taken student mentoring for three years,and takes exploration and practice on improve and perfect of student mentoring system under the background of independent college comprehensive budget reform,to form four line linkage mode which improves student autonomous management as the core and perfects the process quality monitoring and managing. It aims at mobilizing the enthusiasm and self-management and self-service consciousness of our students,and improving our student management work,improving the quality of student education work.
