摘　　要： 随着市场经济的不断深入发展,“小政府大社会”已成为时代的一股潮流。越来越多的社会组织尝试与政府进行互动合作。然而不同地域、不同背景、不同类型的社会组织与政府的合作模式是不同的,那么这些合作模式存在怎样的差异?在什么样的条件下,社会组织与政府的合作会形成特定的模式?合作模式形成背后的关键性因素是什么?本研究主要通过深度访谈法、观察法、文献法进行研究分析,以H市三个环保组织——C组织、K组织、X组织为例,从合法性、竞争性、控制力、自治程度、契约性五个维度出发,以案例描述的形式概括其与政府的合作模式,分别为“互利型”、“放任型”、“强控束缚型”,并深入探究这三种合作模式形成的原因。笔者认为,组织的成立背景、社会网络、专业化程度及财力是影响合作模式的关键性因素。 With the fast development of market economy in recent years,the "small government,big society" has become a trend.More and more social organizations try to interact and cooperate with government.However,different background,different types of social organizations in different regions have different patterns when they cooperate with government.So what are the differences? Under what conditions,social organizations and the government will form a specific model? What factors contribute to such a specific pattern?This research uses interview method,observation method,literature method,studying three environmental protective organizations in H city,called C organization,K organization,X organization.From the five perspective of legitimacy,competitive,control,autonomy,contractual,the author concludes three cooperation patterns like "mutual benefit patterns", "autonomy patterns", "strong control patterns",finding out the reasons of how these cooperation patterns form.The background of the organization,social network,specialization and finance are the key factors which affect the form of cooperation patterns.
