摘　　要： 澳门的经济长期由博彩业主导,多元化一直是个难题。2003年特区政府就将离岸服务业、信息科技产业、会展业等产业作为多元化的目标产业。但十多年过去了,这些产业并没有取得成功。澳门对博彩业的依赖不但没有减少,反而进一步加深。微型经济体能否实现产业多元化、多元化的方向在哪里,是摆在澳门社会目前亟待回答的问题。本研究通过对欧洲三个发达微型经济体的研究发现,微型经济体一定程度的产业多元化是可行的。产业多元化需要发展未来有发展潜力、占用空间少、高附加值的产业。 For a long time Macao's economy has been dominated by gaming industry, and diversification of the economy has been a serious challenge. In 2003, the government targeted offshore service, information technology, convention and exhibition as diversified industries. But little progress has been made after more than 10 years. Macao's reliance on gaming industry has been increasing instead of decreasing. Can small economies have diversified industries? If yes, what is the direction? These are urgent questions that need an answer for Macao. Through a study on three European small economies, this research has found that it is feasible for small economies to diversify their economies to a certain degree. The diversified industries chosen for development should be those with great future potential, little space occupied and high added-value.
