摘　　要： 近年来 ,甘肃旅游资源开发虽取得了长足进步 ,但差距也是显而易见的。进入 2 1世纪后 ,甘肃旅游资源开发必须在如下 3个方面开拓新视角 ,探寻新思路 ,方能在中国人民全面建设小康社会的伟大进程中对区域经济社会发展起到应有的作用 :在开发战略上 ,应主要选择政府主导型战略、旅游精品战略、PPT战略和旅游现代化战略 ;在开发模式上 ,应在实施扶贫开发模式、旅游圈层开发模式和景区内涵提升模式等方面取得突破性进展 ;在产品结构上 ,应着重从类型、空间、时间和要素等 4方面加以优化。 Recently great strides have been made in the development of Gansu's tourism resources.However,the gap is still noticeable.Entering the 21st century,the developm ent of Gansu's tourism resources calls for opening new vista and searching for new ideas so as to play an active role in developing regional economy and society while the Chinese people are making great efforts to binld and all-round well-off socuty.It entails the following three aspects:In developing strategy,government-oriented strategy,tourism name brand strategy,PPT strategy and tourism modernization strategy should be mainly selected.In developing pattern,breakthrough progress should be made in implementing “helping the poor” developing pattern,tourism circle developing pattern and the pattern of upgrading the connotation of scenic spots,while in product structure,emphasis should be laid on optimizing type,space,time and element.
