摘 要: 利用碱裂解方法抽提到山东株系的家蚕微孢子虫 (Nosemabombycis,N .b)的基因组DNA ,通过PCR技术扩增得到了N .b的一段特异的DNA片段 ,经测序发现 ,该片段大小为 317bp。将其与日本株N .b和广东株N .b的序列比较得知 ,山东株N .b和广东株N .b ,山东株N .b和日本株N .b ,以及广东株N .b和日本株N .b之间的序列同源性分别为 94 .0 0 %、96 .2 1%、92 .11%。进一步聚类分析发现 ,山东株N .b和日本株N . The genome DNA of Nosema bombycis (N. b) from Shandong Province was extracted using SDS and proteinase K. A specific DNA fragment was synthesized by PCR amplification and the genome DNA of N.b was used as the template. The result of sequencing showed that the DNA fragment was 317 bp. The identity between Shandong N.b and Japanese N.b, Shandong N.b and Guangdong N.b, Guangdong N.b and Japanese N.b were 96.21%, 94.00% and 92.11% respectively. The result of cluster showed that Shandong N.b was more closed to Japanese N.b than to Guangdong N.b.
