摘 要: 研究了三甲氧基苯基荧光酮光度法测定微量钼的方法。在 0 16mol/L磷酸介质中 ,加入适量乳化剂OP ,钼 与显色剂形成 1∶1的橘红色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长在 5 2 5nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数ε =1 3× 10 5,于 2 5mL溶液中 ,钼质量在 0~2 0 μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法具有较高的选择性 ,已用于钢铁中微量钼的测定 ,获得令人满意的效果。 A spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of molybdenum with TMOPF was studied It was found that,in 0 16mol/L H 3PO 4 medium,molybdenum formed an orange 1∶1 complex with TMOPF in the presence of OP. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1 3×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 525nm Beer’s law was obeyed for molybdenum in the range of 0-20μg/25mL The method has been satisfactorily applied to determine molybdenum*& in steels due to its high selectivity
