摘 要: 从实验研究的角度介绍了一种新型复合材料防弹板的制作工艺、弹击实验,并对实验现象和结果进行了分析和讨论。该防弹板由天津工业大学复合材料研究所最新研制成功的专利产品(纬编双轴向多层衬纱(MBWK)织物)作为增强材料(若干层),经水乳性PU树脂涂覆热压后成型,该产品具有卓越的机械力学性能及抗冲击性能。从工艺特点和实验结果来看,这种增强结构在防弹领域有一定的产业化应用前景。 Manufacturing process of a new kind of ballistic laminate and related testing was experimentally investigated. In this study, a novel textile structure - Multilayered Biaxial Weft-Knitted (MBWK) fabric (Patent of Composite Research Institute, Tianjin Polytechnic University) was firstly applied to the laminate. It was shown that this product has excellent mechanical properties and good bullet-impact resistance, which lends it a great potential in the field of ballistic materials and industrial application. The fiber material used in this study was Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), the most popular in the protection field. The experimental phenomena and testing results were analyzed and discussed in detail.
