摘　　要： 该文通过对潮汕地区建筑旅游资源的分类统计,认为该区域建筑旅游资源的时空特征如下:(1)时间上,该区域的建筑旅游资源以宋、明、清三代最为突出,其中宋代建筑遗存虽少,却占有重要的地位,明清时期的建筑遗存最为丰富,近代以来的建筑旅游资源又相对较少。(2)在空间上,该区域的建筑旅游资源整体上呈离散状态分布,但重要建筑旅游资源呈集聚状态分布。 In this essay, the author has discussed the time-space characteristics of the buildings as tourist resources in Chaoshan region, The time characteristic of the building resources is that most of the buildings have the architecture of Song, Ming and Qing Dynasty. Though, the architecture of Song dynasty is few maintained till this day, it is very important in Chaoshan region. The architecture of the Republic of China is less either. The space characteristic is disperse as integrity. However, it is assembly to the important building resources.
