摘 要: 饮食是运动能量的主要来源,运动员的合理饮食是恢复和提高机体工作能力的重要手段之一,是科学训练的1个重要环节。本文介绍了运动员饮食的主要特点,讨论了3大营养物质在运动员饮食中的供能作用和合理比例以及维生素、无机盐、水等营养物质在运动训练中的重要意义,为科学制定运动食谱提供依据。 Bite and sup are the main source of sportive energy. The appropriate ingestion of nutrition is one of the important methods for athlete to comeback and improve the function of economy. It is a key part of science training. The mostly characteristic of athlete抯 bite and sup was introduced in this paper. The function of supplying energy and appropriate proportion of three main nutriment in athlete抯 bite and sup was discussed. And the important meaning of vitamin, mineral salt, and water for athlete in sports training were emphasized, All above provides a gist for constituting cookbook of sport.
