摘　　要： 资本运营过程中涉及到很多的法律问题,其中所涉及到商法方面的问题更为突出。中国法学会商法研究会2003年年会以“资本运营的商法问题”为主题,围绕公司资本、国有资本运营、资本运营与信托和证券投资基金等制度展开了研究,学者们提出了应增强商事法律保障力度等新建议。 The operation of capitals involves a lot of legal problems, especially those of commercial laws. With 'Commercial Law Problems in the Operation of Capitals' as the theme, the 2003 Annual Meeting of Commercial Jurisprudence Research Society of Chinese Law Society was surrounded with such topics as 'company capitals, state - owned capitals operation, capital operation and Trust and Stock Investment Fund'. The scholars present put forward new ideas on strengthening the protective ability of commercial law.
