摘　　要： 涂层厚度受到限制的主要原因是残余应力，而残余应力的测定至今仍无可靠的方法，本文提出了一种新的测定塑料涂层中残余应力的方法，对该方法进行了可行性试验，并讨论了冷却速度和加工方式对残余应力的影响。 Residual stresses limited the thickness of thermall sprayed coatings,however,measurementof these stresses had not reliable standards A new method had been developed to characterize residual stressesin thermally sprayed plastic coatings in this paper Qualitative tests indicated its feasibility and the innuencesof cooling rate and process form on residual stresses were investigated
