摘 要: 双辊连续铸轧中的铸造与热轧过程均由铸轧辊套直接完成;辊套的热疲劳寿命、辊套材质的力学行为均与辊套温度场密切相关。基于对铸轧辊套热传递特征的分析,得出了铸轧辊套温度场数学模型;根据铸轧辊套温度场的特点,运用Galerkin方法,实现了铸轧辊套温度场的近似解析求解.实例计算表明,所得结果与实测结果相吻合,使用方便.图2,表2,参8. This paper studies the mathematics models of the roll shells temperature field in the continuous roll casting on the basis of the rollers characteristics of heat condition. In the light of the rollers temperature field, the approximate analytical solution for roll shells temperature field is achieved with Galerkin method.
