摘　　要： 中国法制深受西方法律文化的冲击和影响,传统的法律体系解体了,但传统的法律心理、法律意识和法律观念仍然渗透在我们社会生活的方方面面。中国法制现代化绝不意味着西方化,而应当是"西方化"与"本土化"张力的结果。 Chinese law system is deeply stricken and influenced by western law cultures.Traditional law system has become disintegratedBut traditional law,law consciousness and law ideology still seep into the various aspects of our lifeChinese law modernization does not mean westernization,but should be the effect of westernization and localization
