摘 要: 用RF—Plasma熔射法制备出多元金属粉及TiC/Ni、TiC/Ni、Fe(M.N…)等三种复合粉末。利用扫描电镜,光学显微镜以及x—ray衍射仪、电子探针等测试手段、分析复合颗粒的表面形态及内部结构。在讨论复合颗粒的形态、结构、均化、致密度等参数与工艺条件间的关系后,探讨了提高材料应用性能的复合效应。 Complex powders are produced by method of RF-Plasma. They're mixtures of compoundmetallic powder, TiC/Ni, Tic/Ni、Fe (M, N……); Also seanning electron microscopy, optical mi-croscopy, X-ray diffractions and electron probe are applied to analyse appearance and inner struc-ture of complex particles. After the relationship between parameters of structure, uniformity, densityand processing conditions is discussed, the essay develops a further study on compound effect onmaterial's practical value.
