摘 要: 为了改变某立德粉厂手工控制造成产品质量偏差且不稳定的状况 ,对生产中的关键设备———干燥煅烧转窑引入计算机控制系统 .在充分分析现场实际情况的基础上 ,采取了两级控制方案 :第一级 ,采用抗饱和PID算法控制窑头温度以确保系统供热稳定 ;第二级 ,基于能量的思想控制消色力指标以确保产品质量提升和质量稳定 .经过 8个月现场应用和测试 ,窑头温度控制在给定值的± 5℃的范围内 ;高质量产品出品率提高了近30 % . To improve the low and unstable quality of the lithopone product under manual control in Guangzhou Lithopone Factory, a computer control system is introduced to control the running of the key device-Lithopone Kiln and Calcinator. A two pole control scheme is adopted on the basis of full analysis of the on spot conditions: at one pole, it applies an anti saturation PID arithmetic to control the head kiln temperature so as to keep the energy supply stable; and at the other pole, it adopts a control scheme based on the concept of energy to control the specifications of achromic ability so as to improve the quality and keep it stable. After eight month on spot application and evaluation, the head kiln temperature is controlled within the range of the given value±5 ℃, and the high quality product rate is increased by more than 30% .
