摘 要: 试验用0-9g/L NaCl溶液处理5种木豆种子,测定了种子萌发和幼苗生长有关指标。结果表明:木豆2号较耐盐,在9.0g/L盐溶液处理下比其它品种维持了高的发芽率、发芽指数、苗长和根长;木豆5号对盐敏感。盐分显著抑制幼苗苗长,除木豆3号外,即使低浓度盐对幼苗根长亦无显著促进作用。盐处理显著提高木豆幼苗质膜相对透性。 Experiment was conducted to study salt stress (salt conc. 0, 1. 5, 3. 0, 6. 0, 9. 0g/L) on seed germination and seedling growth of 5 pigeonpea cultivars. The results showed that salt-tolerant ability of pigeonpea NO. 2 was higher than other 4 cultivars, it maintained higher seed germination rate, seed germination index and length of seedling and root than others treated with 9. 0g/L salt. Pigeonpea NO. 5 was sensitive to salt. The growth of seedlings was inhibited by salt significantly, and there was no significant positive effects on root length of pigeonpea except NO. 3 even with low salt concentration. Salt stress increased the relative membrane permeability significantly.
