摘 要: 通过向环氧电泳涂料中添加不同含量的PTFE乳液 ,制备了新型低表面能阴极电泳涂料。对混合体系的工艺条件进行了探索 ,研究了槽液 pH值对漆膜性能的影响。IR谱图说明PTFE乳液粒子能与环氧树脂粒子复合电沉积到基材上。水接触角测定结果表明 ,在环氧阴极电泳涂料中添加PTFE乳液后 ,电沉积涂层具有低的表面能 ,TG说明改性后漆膜的耐热性提高。SEM观察涂层发现漆膜表面平整性下降。研究发现 ,pH值越低 ,漆膜水接触角越大 ,漆膜耐热性越好。 A new low surface energy cathodic electrodeposition coatings has been developed by addition of various amount of PTFE emulsion into epoxy resin electrodeposition coatings. This article has discussed the blending conditions and the influence of pH values of the bath on the film performance. The IR spectrogram shows that the PTFE emulsion particles are codeposited onto the substrate with epoxy emulsion particles. The determination result of contact angle with water shows that the blending system provides lower surface energy for the coatings film. The Tg test shows the increasing of heat resistance of the modified coatings film. SEM test has found that the surface smoothness decreases after modification. It has shown that the lower the pH value of the bath, the higher of the contact angle with water, and the better of heat resistance of the film.
