摘　　要： 文章首先论述了在人类社会中,承认他组织存在的必要性,并就他组织与自组织之间的关系展开论述,提出了一种全新的对自组织与他组织的理解方法,该方法能够更好地诠释组织、自组织、他组织三者之间的关系。在此基础上,将自组织与他组织的关系与现实的组织管理活动结合起来,进一步论证了新方法的可行性。最后,为自组织理论运用于管理学领域需要进一步开展的工作发表了相关看法。 This paper admits the necessity of the existence of hetero-organization,discusses the relationship between self-organization and hetero-organization,proposes a new method of understanding of self-organization and hetero-organization,which is better to interpret the relationship among organization, self-organization and hetero-organization. Based on these,the article combines their relationship with the reality of the organization and management activities and further demonstrates the feasibility of new method. Finally,some relevant perceptions have been presented for the use of the self-organization theory in managerial fields.
