摘 要: 通过一系列的复配试验,配制了一种高效的脱墨剂HL-1,并对该脱墨剂的最佳应用条件进行了研究。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:碎浆浓度10%,碎浆温度60℃,碎浆时间20min,脱墨剂HL-1用量0.1%(70%添加在碎浆机中,30%添加在浮选槽中),过氧化氢用量2%,硅酸钠用量3%,氢氧化钠用量1%,EDTA用量0.2%,保温时间15min,浮选浓度0.8%,浮选时间8min,浮选温度40℃,成浆白度能够满足进一步生产的要求。 A high-performance deinking agent is made by combining different kinds of surfactants and the deinking process and maincontributing factors for waste colour newspaper are researched using deinking agent HL-1, the best conditions being pulper consintency10%, pulper temperature 60℃, pulping time 20min, deinking agent dosage 0.1% (70% in the pulper, 30% in the flotation cell), H2O2 dosage2%, Na2SiO3 dosage 3%, NaOH dosage 1%, EDTA dosage 0.2%, heat preservation time 15min, flotation time 15min, flotation consistency0.8%, flotation time 8min, flotation temperature 40℃. The result also shows that the brightness of stock can satisfy the requirements offurther production.
