摘　　要： 文章主要阐述了组织后卫队员在篮球比赛中发挥的重要作用,认为一个优秀的后卫队员必须具备良好的身体素质、全面的基本技术和战术意识以及良好的心理素质和威信等条件,并针对性地论述了对篮球组织后卫进行培养与训练的一些方法、手段及措施。期望为今后教练员在对篮球组织后卫的培养与训练方面提供一些有用的参考。 This article discusses the roles played by a basketball guard who organizes the team during a game.An outstanding guard should carry a strong constitution,comprehensive technique and tactics,excellent psychological quality,high prestige.Related training methods and measures are also prescribed in this article,trying to provide some references for basketball coaches.
