摘　　要： 本文基于GEM模型的分析方法,从产业集群的角度对舟山海洋旅游产业集群竞争力进行系统的研究,分析旅游产业集群形成与竞争力评价问题。运用层次分析法(AHP)构建舟山海洋旅游产业集群竞争力的评价体系,通过问卷调查获取各评价指标的赋值,并得出舟山海洋旅游产业的集群竞争力处于全国中上水平的结论。基于上述研究,提出了促进舟山海洋旅游产业布局调整和产业体系完善的可行建议。 Based on the GEM model, this paper analyzes the competency of marine tourism industry cluster of Zhoushan from the perspective of industry cluster. The Analytical Hierarchy process(AHP) is applied to structure an evaluation system of competency, and then the weights of each evaluation index are derived from questionnaire survey. Finally, the conclusion was drawn that Zhoushan gets middling ranks on its marine tourism industry cluster competitiveness. Based on the above-mentioned study, this paper provides feasibility proposals of structure adjusting and system perfecting for Zhoushan marine tourism industry.
