摘　　要： 本文基于我国30个省市2001年~2010年的相关数据,使用面板数据的分析方法对我国各省市的国际产业转移与碳排放的关系进行了实证分析。在单位根检验的基础上,以碳排放作为因变量,以地区国际产业转移、国内投资总额等变量作自变量,以地区GDP、工业化水平、人口数量、能源利用效率和汽车保有量作为控制变量进行实证检验,结果表明,国际产业转移和碳排放之间存在相关性。因此,国际产业转移为"污染转移"的观点在我国成立,且具有区域差异性。未来,要进一步强化工业项目环境审批和监管,同时要加大开放力度,积极引导外资进入现代服务业领域。 Based on the panel data of the 30 provinces in China during 2001-2010, this paper studys the relationship between China’s international industrial tranfer and carbon emissions.0n the basis of unit root test, this paper takes carbon emissions as a dependent variable and China’s international industrial tranfer ,domestic investment as the independent variables, moreover GDP,population, industrialization level, efficiency of energy utilization and car ownership as the control variables.The result shows that the international industrial tranfer is positive related to carbon emissions. Futhermore, distinction between different provinces.In the future, we should strength the approval and regulation of industrial project,wide the opening to the outside and guide foreign investment in modern service sector actively.
