摘　　要： 文章从广东工业大学与广东省计算中心联合培养《计算机应用与维护》人才的实践中,认识到,校企结合有利于提高学生的素质、“双师型”教师的成长、学校与用人单位的接轨、与国际的合作、人文与科技的融合,其培养定位及培养措施对软件公司“软件蓝领”的培训是有利的,并富有启发。 Fostering software talents has become an interesting topic. Cooperative cultivation, especially with software enterprises, is one of the training ways at present. This paper summarizes some original ideas and measures after our years' combined education and training with Guangdong Computing Center, the practice shows that performing united education system benefits improvement of trainee' s all-round quality and competence. Our educating scheme, orientation, and mode are also significant for ' software blue-collar' education.
