摘 要: 根据大型楔横轧机采用预应力机座的结构特点 ,开发三维弹性多物体接触问题的边界元—有限元耦合新方法 ,计算出 H14 0 0大型楔横轧机的整体刚度。本法更新已有材料力学、弹性力学及有限元法的变形分离计算理论及其解法 ,以及传统计算轧机刚度不包括辊系的做法 ,具有综合性强、接触型计算模型假设少、计算速度快和计算精度高等优点。 According to the structural peculiarities of heavy cross wedge mill, a new method had been developed, which was a coupling method of 3-D elastic contact boundary element method with multi-bodies and finite element method. By means of the new method, the rigid of H1400 heavy cross wedge mill had been calculated. The new method can update the existing deformation separation calculation theory and corresponding methods of material mechanics, elastic mechanics and finite element method. It has stronger synthesis and less hypotheses in contact-type calculating model. The advantages of the method are of high calculation rate, high calculation accuracy etc..
