摘 要: 对采用共沉淀法制备的 Cu Zn( Zr,Ce) Al O类铜系催化剂在甲醇水蒸气重整 ( SRM)制氢反应中的性能进行了研究 .首先考察了助剂 Zr O2 和 Ce O2 对 Cu Zn Al O催化剂反应性能的影响 ,然后重点采用正交设计的方法设计催化剂配伍 ,应用多指标实验设计中极差分析和方差分析的原理 ,对因素与指标之间的关系及显著性水平进行了研究 ,最终确定了该类催化剂的最佳组成 . The steam reforming of methanol (SRM) over CuZn(Zr,Ce)AlO catalysts were studied. Firstly the influence of CeO 2 or ZrO 2 promoter to CuZnAlO catalysts' performance was studied. Secondly a series of catalysts with different constitution were produced by orthogonal design, then the relationship and significance level between factor (metal composition) and target (methanol conversion and H 2 production) were studied using analysis of range and analysis of variance. Finally the optimum constitution of CuZn(Zr,Ce)AlO catalysts was confirmed.
